Changing or cancelling your booking

You can request changes to your booking, or cancel it, right from your confirmation.

• Reschedule — you can send a request, but approval isn't guaranteed.
• Add hours — you can send a request, but approval isn't guaranteed; you pay the difference if accepted.
• Shorten your booking — you can send a request, but approval isn't guaranteed; refund as below if accepted.

Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or as account credit, depending on the business configuration. Please note that Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
